Performance and Reliability

One of the concerns with FatCow is not seeing an advertised uptime guarantee or any stats readily available about their uptime and performance. Upon further investigation we did see continuous reviews stating that they had been seeing great uptime, although a little bit lower than some of the other providers on our lists. FatCow has 24/7 monitoring of their servers to help to make sure their servers stay up and performing well.

Support

FatCow lives by their “HeiferCrait Oath” And refers to their team as the “Friendly Moo Crew.” They offer 24/7 telephone, live chat and email support to their users. They work very hard to make sure that their customers are well taken care of.

Conclusion:

At the price offered by FatCow, there isn’t much you can complain about. Only $44/year with a FREE domain name is one of the cheapest hosting packages available.
