LiquidWeb lives up to their tag line of “Heroic Support!” We have needed assistance a few times and they are always proactive/very friendly and very helpful. The majority of times they even catch things before I even notice it!

We’ve been using Solar for a few years now and I have to say that I’m very satisfied. We’ve used numerous VPS providers and SolarVPS takes things to the next level with regards to customer service, performance and reliability.

My unmanaged VPS from VPSLink is great. I am experienced so I wanted to handle the administration myself and not have to pay for the hosting company to do it every month. I am happy with my decision. Things work great and it’s extremely cheap!

I have been using Hostican for a couple years. During that time I have not needed their service so often. Usually things just work. But when I do need support, they are always quick to reply and very friendly and helpful!
